Delete your Fedora Dealer App account

If you still have the app installed

This is the fastest route, and it takes effect immediately.

1. Open the Fedora app and sign in.
2. Open the menu and go to Settings.
3. Choose Delete my account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm.

You will be signed out straight away and will not be able to sign in again.

If you have already uninstalled the app

Write to sales.admin@fedorawallpapers.com with the subject line Delete my account. So that we can identify the right account, please include:

• Your full name.
• Your dealership or firm name.
• The phone number or email address you used to sign in.

We will confirm by reply once the account has been deleted, within 10 working days of your request.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in. You will not be able to sign in again.
• You will no longer be able to place orders through the app.
• Your name and role on this account.

What Fedora keeps

• Your order history and the invoices raised against them.
• Your returns.
• Your dealership, and any colleagues who sign in to it.

This information is retained for accounting and statutory record-keeping purposes. It is not deleted.

Records of orders, invoices and returns are kept for as long as required under Indian tax and company law — currently up to eight years from the end of the relevant financial year, or longer where a proceeding relating to those records is pending — after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Deleting your account does not cancel orders you have already placed, and it does not close your dealership.
