Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and account access

The Fedora application is a private, invitation-only tool for authorised Fedora dealers, distributors, sales representatives, and employees of Emerald Wallcoverings LLP. Accounts are issued by Emerald Wallcoverings LLP; you may not create an account on behalf of anyone else, and you must keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

2. Permitted use

You may use the App only to:

• Browse the Fedora catalog and stock you are authorised to see.
• Place, track, and manage orders and returns with Emerald Wallcoverings LLP.
• Build customer selections and manage your dealer / distributor workflow.

You may not:

• Share your credentials, sub-licence the App, or use it for any party Emerald Wallcoverings LLP has not authorised.
• Scrape, mirror, resell, or systematically extract catalog, pricing, or stock data.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system.
• Use the App to send unlawful, defamatory, or misleading content.

3. Orders, pricing, and stock

Prices, schemes, and stock levels shown in the App are indicative and subject to confirmation when an order is processed. Emerald Wallcoverings LLP reserves the right to amend or cancel an order before dispatch where stock is unavailable, where pricing has been displayed in error, or where the order does not meet our commercial terms. Final invoicing terms are governed by your dealer / distributor agreement with Emerald Wallcoverings LLP.

4. Intellectual property

All content in the App — including the catalog, design names, photography, and the software itself — is owned by Emerald Wallcoverings LLP or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the App for the purposes set out above. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual-property rights to you.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we handle it.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if your dealer / distributor relationship with Emerald Wallcoverings LLP ends, if you breach these terms, or where required by law. You may stop using the App at any time by contacting us to deactivate your account.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided on an “as-is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emerald Wallcoverings LLP disclaims all implied warranties, and our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the App is limited to direct damages and capped at the amount you have paid Emerald Wallcoverings LLP for goods in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the App or these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Panipat, Haryana.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the App and reflected in the effective date above. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the revised terms.
